Our franchise network package includes an agency management system (Nowcerts & Automate 365), 24/7 help desk access for customers and clients, help desk portal and Nowcerts agency management portal for customer access, modern day sales strategies and systems utilizing texting, email and ringless voicemail campaigns. IT support for local computers and phone system, branding and marketing capabilities specific to your brand, accounting services available on request and licensed insurance account manager.

What are the rates of your services?
We have a competitive rate structure. Our franchise network rate include a monthly service fee which tart at $1,000 and depend on your need. There i a 3% royalty fee first year based on your agencies revenue each month. second year the royalty fee increase to 5% and third year to 10% where it remain. Compared to the commission split our competitors offer this keeps many more dollars in the agency owners pocket.
Is there a contract?
There is no contract for the producer and virtual assistant package. The franchise network package requires a contract.
Are you licensed and insured?
We carry our own errors and omissions policy among other coverage and we have standard that our network agencies must maintain.
Do you provide training?
We provide training on all our systems and have strong relationship with our vendors who can assist us from time to time or when something isn't working as it should for one of our customers. We also conduct account manager, support staff training and sales training for producers.
What is the experience level of the account managers and producers?
Our taff experience level range from 1 - 10 year of experience in the industry. Our management team average experience level i well over 23 year.
Do you provide discount?
Yes, veterans, minorities and women all receive a significant discount for our Cypre Franchise Network package. Ask your sales rep about this discount.
Is there a buy in fee for the franchise agency network?
Yes, we have a $15,000 buy in fee and we have many payment option to meet your need.
Will I retain full ownership of my agency if I join the Cypress Franchise Network?
Yes, we don't have any ownership in any franchise location.
